The Lions Club sponsored Memorial Day Service will return this year!!! The program is entitled, “The Great War and the Spanish Flu.”
The Service will be held on Memorial Day, May 31st at 10 AM. Please note that the location has been changed to the Lions Park instead of Sunnyside Cemetery. CDC Guidelines will be adhered to.
The Service will be held if there is a light rain, but will be cancelled if there is a heavy rain. Parking will be at the Fire Hall parking lot with a shuttle provided to transport folks to the park. Attendees should bring a chair for their comfort.
Member Donna King will be part of the program. If the weather cooperates, we will have a display of select artifacts in the Museum’s parking lot following the Memorial Day Service.
