Join us on March 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Lions Building for our Annual Meeting! A representative of the South Mountain Partnership will join us to share the work of this organization to which we submitted a grant application in 2024.

We will follow the same format we did in 2024. Instead of dinner, we will have our speaker, followed by light refreshments and then the actual annual meeting.

The annual meeting portion of the evening will feature a recap of our accomplishments since last March, an update on the status of current plans for the new archive space moving forward with a targeted completion date by the Fall of 2025, and a discussion of the upcoming 250th celebration and our ideas for participation in it.

It is hoped that everyone will attend this very important meeting to be an active part of the Society’s future. Members are welcome to bring their favorite refreshments to share. The Tea Committee will not be preparing anything, just bringing any leftovers from the Tea on the 16th. Cups, plate, napkins and drink will be provided.
