Our special guest speaker will be Codie Eash, Visitor Services Coordinator at the Seminary Ridge Museum. He will share the story of the placement and dedication of the first Confederate monument on the Gettysburg Battlefield in 1884 and the controversy surrounding it. Our Museum is located at 408 Main Street in York Springs. The entrance is on the upper level and is accessible. Make a sharp left turn after you enter the driveway. We are open each Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and the first Sunday of the month from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. except holiday weekends. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m., except for December, January, July, and August. Our Annual Dinner is held on the third Monday in March and Annual Picnic is held on the third Monday in June.
