I Was Happiest in the Sky: Women Pilots of WW II is the subject of our May meeting, held at the museum at 7:30pm

Dr. Sarah Myers, Assistant Professor of History at Messiah College, will be presenting our program. She has conducted numerous interviews in her research on female pilots in WW II. Before coming to Messiah, she was the director of The Keirn Family WW II Museum at St. Francis University in Loretto, PA.

Museum

Our Museum is located at 408 Main Street in York Springs. The entrance is on the upper level and is accessible. Make a sharp left turn after you enter the driveway. We are open each Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and the first Sunday of the month from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. except holiday weekends. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m., except for December, January, July, and August. Our Annual Dinner is held on the third Monday in March and Annual Picnic is held on the third Monday in June.
